Service Description

Bundle rates available. $125 per booked session. Sliding scale rate $40 per Intern session. One-on-One sessions allow for a trusting, therapeutic relationship to develop. Each week, client and therapist will meet to work through concerns like depression, anxiety, and challenges in relationships. Clients learn coping skills and are encouraged to practice learned skills outside of sessions to foster growth in their daily life, where it counts most. As improvements are made over time, clients step down to bi-monthly sessions, and then to monthly maintenance sessions.
